I am trying to access MS Word 2002 and when I am asked to
put in the product key code it comes back saying that I
have entered the wrong code.The product code I am putting
in is the one supplied on the side of my PC tower.Can any
one advise on what to do or who to contact.

Hi Shamus,

The Product key on the tower is for WindowsXP, not Word. You need to check
your system documentation for the key for Word, especially if it came with
the machine.

That's because the product key on your PC is for your OPERATING system. Word
is NOT part of your operating system. You need the product key that came
with your Word CD.
