Welcome screen

Hi,

I am not able to get the welcomescreen when the computer
starts up. I have two users and one user with a password.
When the computer starts up it always starts up directly
with the user, which requires a password. It however
never asks for a password on startup, only when you
switch between users. I also have the option of the
welcomescreen in User Accounts selected. But some how it
does not seem to work.

Can someone help me?
