Hi there,
I am new to movie maker and I just tried it out
yesterday and was happy with the results. I created a 1
minute video clip and was able to edit it add effects,
etc.
Today when I went to use it again, I cannot capture
video anymore. Movie maker says my camera is busy or
being used by another program and I can no longer use it.
I have removed the cam and reinstalled it with the same
results.
When I go to the control pannel in XP, under
scanners and cameras I can see the USB cam and I can
access it and get pics from it but Movie Maker insistes
it is being used and there is an error in starting it up.
Does anyone have any suggestions or can someone
offer some help?
