Hi,

A few things to check out first:
Make sure you have Windows XP Professional, not XP Home,
as the latter does not support dual CPUs (supposedly
supports up to two logical CPUs in HyperThreading mode).

Also check out in the task manager, under "Performance"
tab, if there is one or two graphs for CPU utilization
(not the usage meter, but really the graph on the right);
there should be two graphs instead of one if it's using
both processors.
