Randomly reboots on its own

I have a similar problem to yours...

i recently upgraded my windows medial player to the lates
version (9) .. when i play my audio files on it, it works
fine..but only for few minutes..after that it shuts itself
down and reboots...

i know that this happens only when i use the latest
version of Windows Media Player..the player before version
this does not shut my pc dows...

i don't know whats wrong with it? .. it says just like
yours, driver conflickt ...
