Sound/Video synchronisation

Hi, I can download and play video from the clips menu,
however when I move them into the timeline the sound
plays at twice the speed of the video - This is driving
me mad trying to figure out how I adjust the sound speed,
any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!. Thanks.

This question has been up several times, and I suggest that always search
newsgroup before posting questions :-)

If you have WinDVD installed...try this:

Make batch file called unregister.bat
-------------------------------------------
cd C:\Program Files\InterVideo\WinDVD4
regsvr32 iviaudio.ax /s /u

Try Moviemaker now:-)

To register files again:
Make batch file called register.bat
---------------------------------------------
cd C:\Program Files\InterVideo\WinDVD4
regsvr32 iviaudio.ax /s

Worked for me!!!!
