At Logon startup I get "ERROR: Unable to locate system
class: com/ms/com/CUnknown" in a pop-up box. Only option
is to close or "ok". System restore won't go back far
enough to remove. How do I get rid of this?

Hi, try the following.
(First Step)
*Goto Start>>Run>>Type "msconfig" - Select the Startup tab.
*Find "wjview" in the list
If you find any "wjview" entries, try disabling the Wjview startup component
and locate any associated folders identified in Msconfig that you might need
to delete to determine whether that solves the problem.
(If That Doesn't Work)
To delete the Wjview entries rather than disabling them (and to check under
non-XP OSs), perform the following steps:
*Goto Start>>Run>>Type "regedit"
*Goto }HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Cur rentVersion\Run}
and {HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run
registry subkeys}
Remove the invalid Wjview entries.
