Making a Startup Disk

Does anyone know how to make a startup disk if your only
drive is a cd rom/burner? Everything I've read only
addresses using a floppy disk drive. Thanks
for "anyone's" help!

You don't need one. Boot from your XP CD.

Thanks Rifleman. I'm not a computer expert and didn't
know if the "startup" disk would have specifics on it
based on my hardware etc. that would not be known on the
XP CD. Thanks for the info. Ken
