Do you happen to know how I get out of standby mode on a computer. I've
never really used that Windows XP feature before and I was playing with it
by pressing the Sleep button on my keyboard. The monitor went dark and I
think the hard drive wound down, but I wasn't sure how to get back to
non-standby mode. Any idea on that? Thanks very much!!

On my computer sometimes moving the mouse activates it - but mostly that
doesn't work and I have to press the power button on the computer quickly to
activate it.

On my system, in mouse properties there is a check mark 'allow this device
to to bring the computer out of standby mode'
