RE: Windows Movie Maker to play on DVD??

I am having the same problem. I need to know how to convert the movie I have made from still photos and video from camcorder combined in Movie Maker to a DVD format. I have a DVD burner but do not know how to save it. Please let me know if you find out
what to do (hopefully it will be before Christmas Eve!).

You're saving the project.

You need to save the finished project.... Save to My Computer... and save it
as a DV-AVI file.

Then open your third party DVD burning software (XP has no built in DVD
burning capability).... import the DV-AVI file... tell it you want to make a
DVD.. it will re-encode it in MPG format and burn the DVD.
