DirectX problems

Hello,

I got problems with my graphic drivers...
I have a Hercules Radeon 9000 128mb graphis card and have
just recently installed directx 9.0b.

Since then i got a problem with directx diag. first when
i start the diag. it says(translated from Swedish -
English):
Error: It was impossible to get the extra
monitorinformation, resultcode = 0x88760231 (unknown
error).

Then when i start looking in diag. the two first shows no
problems.
But in DirectX-drivers it says:
Framebuf.dll 5.01.2600.0000 certificate missing
tsd32.dll 1.03.03.0007 certificate missing
vga.drv (has a yellow triangel infront) 3.10.00.0103
certificate no

In monitor 1 it says:
ati2dvag.dll, certified no, version: 6.14.10.6404
But when i test the 3 buttons everything works.

In monitor 2 it says:
ati2dvag.dll, certified no, version: 6.14.10.6404
When i test here there is only 2 buttons, Direct3D-
acceleration is blanked out.
And when i test the other two buttons it says:
Testresultat for DirectDraw: Error at step 3
(DirectDrawCreate): HRESULT = 0x88760231 (unknown error)
Testresultat for Direct3D: Error at step 3
(DirectDrawCreate): HRESULT = 0x88760231 (unknown error)

Please help me with my problems!!!
I have no clue where to start and i have recieved the
latest drivers from Hercules and reinstalled both them
and directx many time...
