agreement box not big enough

I have xp(new) and in trying to download microsoft
updates I cannot sign the agreement as the box containing
it cannot scroll down enough to expose the licencing
agreement.

Bill;
Right click the Desktop, click Properties.
Click Settings tab, click Advanced button.
Set DPI to 96 dpi

Otherwise hit TAB.
