sending video

I'm running XP pro and want to somehow send the
grandparents video of my children. I currently have the
video I shot w/ my Sony handycam on my cumputers hard
drive. It looks like the video file is up to 1.4GB in
size.

Is there any way to do this?

Try useing instant message with windows messenger,both parties get
connected at one time,plus a good internet connection will help.
Get the file compressed by R.clicking the file,send to,compressed file.
Then open messenger,or if opened,actions,select,send file.
Alot will be determined by youre conections,but should work fine.
