hey,
U have a solution for this in the microsoft website
Just follow the instructions .

Just get into

WWW.MICROSOFT.COM

at the lft side , u'll have an option called SUPPORT,

click on that

now u'll have 2 options , click on KNOWLEDGE BASE

Now u'll have to put in the article no : 326815
in SEARCH FOR

also u have to select ARTICLE ID in that and click SEARCH

u'll have one search result coming up , click on that link

that article will give u exactly the error message that u
have posted and u also have the solution and steps , how
to clear the problem
