Norton Scan Problem

Hi folks,
I have noticed recently that my norton av will not scan
documents with a right click. If I receive by email a
document that I may suspect, I would heretofore save it
and then I would be able to right click on it and scan it
with norton. Recently, I am not able to right click and
scan it. When I right click on the file, I still get the
menu box that has "scan with norton" but when I click on
that, nothing happens. Can anyone suggest how that change
came about, and how I can fix it?

I had the same problem until something else (which escapes me at the moment) reared its' ugly head and I had to un-install/re-install. Since then everything's honkey dorey. 'Cept for not being able for it to adhere to scheduling....
