Just got a brand new Computer. It has an Nvidia Gforce 4 onboard. The
problem is when I boot, it hangs up while on the Windows XP loading logo.
This results in just turning off the computer. Then I will boot in safe
mode, and it will hang up when it is loading agp440.sys.

I have tried going into the bios and switching the videocard to PCI, and
back to AGP/onboard. This doesn't work. I have also tried recovering the
system, but that does nothing as well. Anybody know what causes this?
Thanks a bunch!

Haven't found a resolution yet. I have gotten my computer to finally start
up, though. If I just let it sit there for a few hours, it will start. Odd.

Makes me wonder if it really is a problem with the video. I am beginning to
think it's something wrong with the agp440.sys file itself. I'm going to
check the MS website.

I don't have a dual video setup.
