Capture Problems

I have anew Dell with XP Mdeia Center. I am trying to capture an analog VCR video and get nothing. In the available device box I show only the ATI Rage theater video capture. When I try to start capture I get nothing. The only connects i currently have
are the in/out audio/video cables not a S connector. Any help would be appreciated.

capture.
