Slide show does not run

Greetings ... When I try to run the Slideshow ... nothing happens. The first picture is on the screen, but it does not go to the next photo, even if I click the slideshow toolbar. Any thoughts? Thank you so much!!!!

Hi there Carol,

Click Start | Run and type:
"REGSVR32 /i SHIMGVW.DLL" (w/o quotation marks) and click OK.

Carol,

What's the file type? Are you able to view the next photos [separately] =
using Picture and Fax Viewer?
And, did you click the 4th icon at the top?
