how do I run "mp3" files with Media Player

right click on one of your mp3 files click properties and
then select what you want it to open with. This will
cause all mp3's to open with the selected program.

Yes, but make sure when you select Open With, and the dialog comes up, you
select "Always use this program for opening this type of file".
