I fixed by giving an IP address to the NIC card... now there is no
stalling....

Hi Kenny-Knight, I got similar problem, would you please tell me how can I give an IP address to the NIC? I simply got the NIC installed but not using it at all...Thanks.

Right click the nic select properties then goto the properties of tcp/ip put
an ip in there.
