Delete files or folders

You were right about the shortcut in the Document section
of the start menu. I have since found MS still has their
Powertoys updated for XP on their site:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.
asp
In the TweakUI for Windows XP you have the ability to stop
the collection of short-cuts the that folder. I used it
and no more problems in deleting files or folders.
