I've had this same problem before and it took awhile to
figure it out. I spent a long time searching on the
internet. What I found out is that it won't delete
because there is a document still in queue for the
printer. Look at the bottom of your task bar and see if
there is an icon for documents waiting to print, if so
open it up and delete any pending documents out. It
should then delete. Hope this help.s
