Automatic Updates

I've just received the first update advisory from the icon
in the system tray on my new computer. I have downloaded
and installed these updates, but would like to know -
should i do this in the future or should i just ignore
them? Thanks!

You can and should install critical and security updates - the others you
can take or leave depending on your circumstances.
