lost email

I just changed my ISP, and I used to get about a 100
emails everyday...now nothing! And during the change, I
had not been on the computer for a week. Oh, I'd like to
mention that I am computer illiterate and so I need you
to talk to me as such(ha,ha) HELP! THANKS

The fact you posted that you changed your ISP should be your first hint! =
Did you alert/makes notices to other that have your email address of the =
change? Keep in mind, this is an XP help newsgroup, and not one for ISP =
problems.
