Msimn.exe application error

Hi:
After closing Outlook Express window on Windows XP Home
Edition on my PC, this error message appears:

Msimn.exe Application Error:

The instruction at '0x77f52106" referenced memory
at "0x00804464." The memory could not be "written." Click
on OK to terminate the program.

How do I correct this?
