I recently upgraded computers from a Compaq w/Windows 98
to a Dell w/Windows XP. The printer worked fine
w/Windows 98 but won't work at all now. I have tried
uninstalling/re-installing several times and have
followed troubleshooting instructions from HP and Dell to
no avail. The printer shows "ready" but won't print.
The Device Manager has a yellow question mark icon next
to "other devices" and "parallel device". The
HP "toolbox" says printer driver problem even after it
seems to install. Please help!!!
