How do I erase data and other stuff from a DVD+RW disk....Useing XP

You have to use third party software.

You need a packet writing program like Roxio Direct CD & Drag and Drop (comes with Easy CD Creator ) Or Nero InCD or Sonic DLA You then use a CD ( will not Span cd's) or DVD's (4.7+ gb) to back up to though.
