Where would I ask a question about Zone Alarm

Every time I try to download an update from MS, I can't do it. Then when I
turn off Zone Alarm it will work. I'm ready to toss all these darn programs,
you think they help you, but they are a a pain as well. I was lucky to
figure out that it was Zone Alarm that caused it. Would anybody know how to
change the setting or could you tell me where to post the question....Peter

I was told to make sure you shut off the existing Microsoft firewall BEFORE you install or use ZoneAlarm.
I have not tried it yet, but I like ZoneAlarm.

In ZA Pro you have to turn off all the items on its Privacy page, so
that cookies and 'Mobile code' are allowed before many of the MS pages
will work
