Hi.
I'm trying to network print from a Mac (10.3) to a HP
Deskjet 5550. The print seems fine leaving the Mac, but
it errors out in the print queue dialog on the PC. If I
check the Event Viewer log, I see "The document Remote
Downlevel Document owned by Guest failed to print. Win32
error code returned by the print processor: 63 (0x3f)."
Is there some obscure permissions problem, or such? Any
ideas would be helpful -- full setup as it pertains to
this question is as follows:
Mac (OSX 10.3)
gimp-print or hpijs PPD (tried both)
ethernet to PC
PC (WinXP Pro)
Deskjet 5550 connected via USB
