netBIOS browsing & ping attacks.............HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELP! my antivirus (PC-cillin) keeps reporting ping
attacks and netBIOS browsing.... i have the firewall
enabled so is this a matter to worry about and how do i
stop this.. any help PLEASE!!! thanks

Rightclick IE (Inter Explorer) icon and click Properties. Under the Privacy and Security tabs set them to Medium, Click Apply and OK.
