No.
You need to find your Office CD ROM and reinstall them from that, as long as
they are not already installed on another PC you have.

NO! Word, Excel and Power Point are not part of any Windows versions. You
need to locate your Office CD in order to install these.

Correct. Neither Windows XP nor any other version of Windows has
ever come with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, nor with any other
significant application software.

No. As I said, *no* version of Windows comes with these. Windows
95 didn't either.
If your previous computer came with them, it's because your
vendor bundled a copy of Microsoft Office as part of the package
he sold you. You may therefore have a copy of an Office 95 CD,
from which you can technically install it; however if your
computer came with it, it's an OEM copy and the EULA for OEM
copies ties it permanently to the first computer it's installed
on. So you may not do this.

If it's a MS retail copy of Office it certainly can be installed on
more than one machine. Office is licensed differently. But you
already knew that, right?

Yes - If it is a Retail copy of Office it can be installed on one PC and one
Laptop only and may not be used at the same time on both devices.
But without any more information from the original poster we cannot assume
his first or new machines are laptops to invoke that licensing clause.
