Printing problem Windows XP and HP G85

Suggestion for your problem:
1. Un-install your new printer/driver
2. Un-plug and disconnect your printer
3. Re-install your printer/driver
4. Re-connect your printer (USB and power)
5. Follow printer wizard directions
