More or less you may have a bad connection or the drivers
for the network card may need to be reinstalled. Try
disconnecting your media cable (ethernet cable) for about
5seconds then reconnect it. IF this does not work try
reinstalling your network card drivers. If all else fails
you may need to contact your pc vendor to test your
network card.

Your ISP probably is disconnecting you as a result of no activity on the
line.
