I notice I can't seem to substitute Microsoft's TCP/IP protocol for
the standard TCP/IP protocol? Should I include the microsoft protocol
as well as the standard one when configuring my small LAN?
If I uncheck the standard protocol, I can't access the internet.
Just curious.

hi jerry
The ipv6 protocol is different to the standard one ipv4, imho you don't need
it yet.
