error to do with MSVFW32.DLL

I have this error (The application has failed to start
because MSVFW32.DLL was not found)when i start my comp or
change web pages and i was wondering if anyone could help
me sort it out thanx. Mt operating system is windows XP

You can download the file from
http://www.pacosdrivers.com/dllresults.asp. Put the file into the
WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder.
