If I have multiple windows open that are minimized on the
screen, when I move the mouse over one of the windows, it
minimizes the window I was looking at. Where do I go to
change this setting. Just because I move the mouse off of
a window,I do not want that window to minimize or move
into the background. I still want it to stay in the front.

Hi Joe,

Somehow you have X-mouse enabled. To disable this you need TweakUI. Under
TweakUI navigate to Mouse >> X-mouse and uncheck "Activation follows mouse".
