View Full Version : Transparent menus

I don't know what I did to alter my surfing experience but
all web pages I use have a white background with
a "transparent" drop down menus. I have little or no
color on the webpages. I've tried going into
tools/internet options/colors, fonts, accessiblility but
to no avail.
I'd appreciate any help you may be able to offer to get my
computer back to normal. Thanks!

Ramesh,
I'd already tried that but still have the same problem.
If I goto MSNBC.com, the menus on the left side of the
page are shaded with no background. If I choose one of
those areas, the result is another set of drop downs with
the script over writing whats on the main page. Its very
frustrating because I can't read a thing. Any other
ideas?

Hav,
If you have an NVIDIA video card and you downloaded the latest driver,
4.4.0.3, you can change the the translucent menu setting under the Effects
tab of the nView Properties. Right click on the desktop and select the nView
properties from the menu.
I don't know of anything that would account for the white background on the
web pages however.
Please post back if this doesn't do it.
