wins 98 Probs

Hi, My computer is running wins 98. The problem is that it keeps poping
up the dialup dialog box about every 10 mins.

I do not know what trigger it, does anyone knows how i can stop it.

Go to IE - Tools - Internet Options - Connections. Select your current
connection, and below, choose "Never dial a connection".
