I need help. I can't close the folder options task bar. it's just permanently locked on my desktop. i tried going to control panel and opening the folder options folder but it won't open so i can't change the settings. I don't know how this happened, when
I turned my pc on, it was already like that. thanks in advance for the help!

Click Start | Run | type "regsvr32 /i shell32". Restart Windows.
