P2P Networking Error Message

I recently created a new user and I have constantly been
recieving and error message that says P2P Networking:
Can't start server !... Can someone please help me get
rid of this thing. I have already tried running msconfig
and unchecking P2P Networking, but then it does it again
after a couple of boots... Please e-mail me if you can
help.

Hi Chris:
What OS are you running ? Do you have IPv6 installed? Also are you running
the threedegrees application? Can you also post the exact text of the error
message ?
