This product is defective. Each time you ask for an
upgrade, you get to start over with all connections and
configuration. Anyone been able to get a refund for this
garbage? I'm unable to break through the maze!!

Hi
1. XP is **not** a defective product.
2. What problems - exactly - have you got with WU?
3. A refund for what?
4. A maze - you ought to see some of buggers we've got her in the UK - =
XP doesn't come into the top 100.
Can you, please detail your Update problems - with error messages, those =
updates that won't download, those updates that will download, but not =
install. A few more details and someone be willing and able to help =
you.
Blasting off about a product that you probably have no knowledge about =
doesn't help anyone - more so, yourself.

Another BCAK error - they're suprisingly common around here. As for mazes -
you've obviously never visited Hampton Court.

Just what I was thinking...but, on reflection, I think he's referring to
beer. You have revealed yourself as another member of the UK clan, rifleman.
May I ask your location (roughly)?
