Sorry for incomplete post. I made a "woops'! As I was
saying, I have the Recycle Bin on the deskotp. I asume you
do too. If so, just right click it and select "Create
Shortcut". Then you'll have a shortcut to it on your
desktop. You can then drag it to the start button.

Is that what you needed?
