Installing sp1 update

How do I remove anti-virus software before loading sp1

just disable it you don't have to remove it...most can be disabled by a
right click on the anti-virus icon in the system tray (lower right corner)
and selecting disable. this will only be a temporary thing so you can
install SP1. good luck
