I have established my own user name as the Computer Administrator, however
how do I remove the Administrator user the computer company established?

You don't.
The Administrator account is your fallback in case your regular account runs
in to trouble.

I didn't think you COULD delete the built-in Administrator Account.

I wonder if the OP really means "I added an administrator account and now I
can't see the Administrator Account at log-in"?

The 'administrator' account CANNOT be deleted but it CAN be RENAMED
(so it looks as if its been deleted).
