I have found that norton has always done a great job of
stopping virus in my case but also I use zonealarm which
has a free version rather than windows firewall. I like
it because I it not only blocks incoming but also
outgoing by programs that might get on my computer and
try ti send out info that I might not want sent out.

If don't use ZoneAlarm, would suggest getting Norton Internet
Security 2003 (Firewall Program). Also run Scan For Viruses.
SystemWorks OBC will not find these. Would also suggest
installing following freebie Spyware programs
