cannot install, so how do I know my ID?

I have a problem installing my XP Home Edition (W98
upgrade). I cannot get the on-line help because I am
stuck at Product ID entry. Why? Duh... I do not have XP
installed so how can I get the ID to continue with
obtaining the support?

Please advise...
