HELP,,,,,,,, I just installed

Windows XP Professional and can not open nor do I see any of my personal files including Microsoft Outlook, please help if you can,so appreciated..smiles

And just what selections did you make during the "install?"
What Windows platform was in there before you "installed"?
Did you install XP onto a drive other than the drive your "old" Windows
platform was on?
Or did you "upgrade" your current Windows platform?
A little more information on what you've already done, before you attempt
to make it worse, would help !
