Internet Explorer is the same. Don't worry if it is for XP Home or Pro. Just
get it. After you get the language file, make sure in Internet Explorer you
do this:

Tools>Internet Options> Languages> then click Add to make sure your
languages are shown in the language window. Then go to Tools> Internet
Options> Fonts> Select Language Script and then choose the language you
want.

How To: Enable Chinese Language viewing in Windows XP:

1) Go to control panel > Regional and language Options
2) Under Language > Check on "Install Files for East asian Languages"
3) Click on Apply then OK.
