I'm trying to fill in some forms via the internet. The
site wants to download some compressed Java applets but
gives me the message:
"Your browser does not appear to support compressed Java
Applets. Please check your settings or upgrade your
browser"
At the same time a new window comes up from Microsoft
with the message:
"We're sorry. The page you are viewing requires that you
have a more recent version of the Microsoft Virtual
Machine on your system. To obtain an updated version of
the Microsoft Virtual Machine, please go to Windows
Update."
So I go to Windows update which checks my computer for
updates necessary, but none of them mention Microsoft
Virtual Machine or compressed Java applets.
So my question is which of the updates do I need to
download?
