OK, this is stupid. I always knew how to fix problems like
this with previous versions...but while trying to close a
window that covered the whole screen on some website I
accidentally deleted the Start button and the tool bar from
the bottom of my monitor screen. How can I get it back and
back to where it belongs?
Thanks.

It is most likely just hidden from view. Move the mouse cursor to the bottom
of the screen until it turns into a double arrow. Press and hold the left
mouse button and drag the taskbar up to display it. You can also check the
taskbar settings by pressing the WINDOWS KEY, right click the colored border
at the bottom of the Start menu and Properties. Click the Tasnbar tab and
adjust the settings there.
